Requirements:
- The candidate should have experience with the recruitment life cycle
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management / New Business Development
- Have a proven track record of sales and profit margins
- Work closely with the management team to create a market penetration strategy
- Strong ability to work in multicultural environments, independently or in team settings
- Good command on documentation and presentation tools
- Play a critical role in the contract renewal process and client retention strategy
- Bring in new contracts for Staff Augmentation
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
- Perform pro-active sales activities to convert targets to prospects and then to new Account
- Competencies Required:
- Good command and clarity in verbal & written English communication
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent Negotiation and Analytical Skills
- Excellent track record in Sales and Marketing in IT service
Responsibilities:
- Develop client business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments
- Continually track client activity to identify job orders and qualify new leads in existing and new accounts
- Obtain details for recruiting success and setting up interviews with clients
- Prepare research on your target accounts and conduct meetings with existing and new client contacts
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback and next steps
